1. **Consultation & Communication**: DM us your ideas (style, colors, pattern, size, etc.). Reference images are also welcome.

2. **Design Confirmation**: We will create a sketch based on your requirements and begin production only after your approval.

3. **Deposit Payment**: Pay a 50% deposit after the design is confirmed. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

4. **Production Begins**: Every stroke is hand-painted. You are welcome to check in on the progress at any time.

5. **Final Approval**: We will send photos of the completed piece for your approval before shipping.

6. **Safe Delivery**: Your piece will be carefully packed with shockproof materials to ensure it arrives safely.
